Amy is an accredited counselling practitioner with the ACC, is under continuous professional supervision, works within the codes and ethics of the ACC, is fully insured.

Amy has been trained to adopt a person-centred approach with consideration for integrating other models and techniques, such as gestalt, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, cognitive behavioural,  transactional analysis and reality therapy, where appropriate. Amy is also a trained IFS practitioner.
